No, this is not possible. Dutch law obliges for Rabobank to establish the identity of every potential customer. Therefore it is mandatory to prove one’s identity in person at one of Rabobank’s offices.

iDEAL is based on online banking and is only available for internet purchases within The Netherlands.

For security reasons, we do not provide balance and or payment information via e-mail. Rabo Internetbankieren (Rabo Online Banking), Rabofoon or you bank account statements provide you with the latest up dates on your account balance. There is also the possibility to check your actual balance on a Rabobank ATM.

We do not provide client information to third parties. Unfortunately we cannot be of service to you in this matter.

Rabobank is a cooperative bank. Clients can become members of their local Rabobank. In turn, all local banks are a member and shareholder of the umbrella company, Rabobank Nederland. Therefore, Rabobank is not traded or listed on any stock exchange.

The fee depends on several aspects like currency, the amount, the country to where the money is transferred to. Please contact your local bank to find out more about our transfer fees for international transactions. An international payment within the European Union takes 5 workdays. Please contact your local bank if the payment has been delayed.
International payments outside the European Union do not have time limit. This depends on the country to where the money is transferred to. Please contact your local bank for further information. In case you made an international payment to a Rabobank customer, please contact your bank. The bank which has commissioned the payment can provide you with further information.
