We use a number of criteria to select the subjects of case studies. We consider the themes that emerge during the dialogue with shareholders in relation to the requirements we believe case studies should meet, such as relevance for customers, focus on dilemmas, current events, and relevance to CSR, before selecting case studies . Each case study was discussed with numerous stakeholders.
