In addition to our national and international subsidiaries, the Rabobank Group has minority stakes in various companies. Our most important Dutch investment is Achmea, in which we have a 31% stake. Interpolis is an Achmea label that sells insurance policies through the local Rabobanks as well as independent brokers.

Achmea is a large European insurance company based in the Netherlands. It has businesses in seven European countries. Its ambition is to expand its insurance activities in these markets and to enter new markets that fit its strategy. Rabobank has a 31% interest in Achmea.

Interpolis
Interpolis is one of the largest insurance companies in the Netherlands. It offers both private individuals and corporate clients a broad range of non-life, health care and life insurances. It has a customer base of over one million private individuals and hundreds of thousands of corporate clients. Interpolis is the market leader in the agricultural sector.
