The Rabobank Traineeship is a one-year programm for college and university graduates who have a maximum of one year of work experience. But having a diploma alone is not enough to qualify for the Rabobank Traineeship. You also have to be ambitious, driven, commercial-focused and have communications skills. You never dodge a challenge and have an unstoppable drive to succeed. You are creative, full of initiative and a team player who is determined to bring out the best in yourself and the team. You are a strong character who radiates personality and exudes a natural sense of authority.
