If you search for vacancies, forward vacancies to friends and/or set up a search agent in the Vacancy Bank it will not be possible for us to consult your personal details. We can, however, use the collective data of all the visitors to compile management information, such as the number of visitors and hits per page.

In the case of an addressed or open application via the Vacancy Bank your personal details will be received by the authorised officers of the business unit of the Rabobank Group to which you are applying. They will use your personal details within the context of recruiting and selecting new employees. Your personal details will not be made available to third parties unless the Rabobank Group is legally required to do so. 

Your application and the subsequent correspondence will be stored. This information is also only accessible to authorised persons from the business unit to which you have applied. 

We may use general data, such as the number of visitors and hits per page, for management information. 

Your personal details will be automatically deleted when you have not logged onto the Vacancy Bank for six months. You will be sent a reminder e-mail before your details are removed.

If you would like Rabobank Group to remove your personal details before the end of the stipulated storage period, please e-mail your request to the Rabobank Group Vacancy Bank Information Centre
