The Telecom, Media & Internet (TMI) group is responsible for the development and management of Rabobank International's wholesale banking activities in the TMI sector world-wide, one of the focus areas of Rabobank International.

The team aims at being recognised in the market as a provider of innovative solutions to the financial needs of prime Telecom, Media and Internet companies in sophisticated markets. Besides the business unit in Utrecht, which covers Benelux, Central, Eastern and Southern Europe and includes head-office functions, such as control and research, the TMI group consists of regional hubs in Chicago, London, Hong Kong, and São Paulo, covering North America, Northern Europe, Asia and Latin America.

The TMI activities within Rabobank International are functionally and centrally managed in support of co-ordinated portfolio management and global risk monitoring. With products based on knowledge of the sector and understanding of the market, the team is able to offer a wide range of financial and advisory services to telecom companies operating in the regions covered by the TMI group. Apart from lending (corporate lending, project finance and leveraged finance) the TMI group offers a range of Rabobank capabilities to its clients, such as Structured Finance, Financial and Capital Markets, Leasing and Investment Banking products.
