Corporate Advisory's General Industries team serves Dutch public companies and large private companies. The team has extensive experience in advising Dutch public companies and as a result Coporate Advisory's strong position on the Dutch wholesale banking market has produced many advisory mandates from listed companies and large privately owned businesses over the last few years. The team advises companies on acquisitions or disposals, but also on other issues relating to their listing such as public-to-private transactions, fairness opinions, and strategy. For large private companies, the General Industries team can also act as either a sell-side or buy-side advisor in (limited) controlled auctions or one-on-one transactions.
