Following several previous acquisitions, Prins Autogassystemen B.V. in Eindhoven was acquired by NPM Capital (80%) and the management (20%) in July 2007. Rabobank provided the financing and continues to supply the company with a wide range of other services.

Prins Autogassystemen B.V. in Eindhoven was able to develop into a medium-sized company by focusing on innovative automobile fuel systems. The company was acquired by NPM Capital and the management in July 2007. Rabobank financed the acquisition.
