Log●in Consultants in Amsterdam is a fast-growing company that specialises in IT infrastructure. Log●in Consultants was founded in 2002 and currently generates annual turnover totalling € 13 million. The company has 130 employees working in four countries.

Luzac Holding B.V
The previous owner, United Services Group (USG), which is one of the Netherlands’ largest temporary employment organisations, did not want to invest in the further growth of Luzac because the company did not constitute one of its core activities. The education company consequently began looking for a parent company that did want to invest in its further growth and ultimately found the right partner: Rabo Private Equity.
Itho Group
Leading private equity investor and majority shareholder AlpInvest Partners gave notice that it wished to relinquish its shareholding in Itho in 2007. Rabo Private Equity acquired a 55% participating interest in this company that designs, manufactures and markets climate systems that both increase comfort and conserve energy.
Free Record Shop
Free Record Shop is a complex company that has a large number of stores: 180 Free Record Shops, 60 Van Leest stores, 3 Game Manias and 1 Fame in the Netherlands plus numerous stores in Belgium and Norway. These stores generate considerable turnover. Rabobank joins forces with Free Record Shop to optimally organise all the financial business processes.
Aon International Cash Management
Rabobank leverages existing instruments to create innovative solutions. This innovativeness is reflected in a solution based on pooling funds from and for third parties that meets Aon’s particular needs. Rabobank and Aon employed a vehicle for this solution that pension funds also utilise: the mutual fund.
Prins Alternative Fuel Systems
Following several previous acquisitions, Prins Autogassystemen B.V. in Eindhoven was acquired by NPM Capital (80%) and the management (20%) in July 2007. Rabobank provided the financing and continues to supply the company with a wide range of other services.
Q7 Offshore Wind Farm
A lack of experience with offshore wind technology meant that no single party was willing to take full construction risk. Rabobank and Dexia took the initiative to arrange the world’s first non-recourse project financing for an offshore wind farm to enable the realisation of the Q7 wind farm off the coast of IJmuiden, the Netherlands.
IHC Merwede
One of IHC Caland’s two core activities - the construction of offshore platforms - generates a sizeable and predictable source of income. The other core activity - shipbuilding - produces results that are subject to fluctuation. Rabobank has ensured that three centuries of Dutch industrial heritage will not fall into foreign hands by separating the shipbuilding activities from the rest of the group and investing equity in the newly formed company.
