Corporate Social Responsibility
Rabo India Finance Pvt. Ltd, in line with Rabobank Group’s corporate social responsibility policy, works on sustainable projects with local organisations towards the development of community welfare by helping to promote economic vitality and profitability. RIF has continually focused on sustainable education projects that help street children and children from under privileged communities gain access to formal education and curriculum. RIFs partnership goes beyond the financial support and encourages colleagues to help mentor these students and work closely with them to create a more balanced and sustainable environment for them.

Corporate Social Responsiblity
At RIF we have taken a holistic view to education, from basic to professional education that will help underprivileged children achieve a sustainable level of income and livelihood. Starting at grassroots with basic schooling partnering with Door Step School (DSS), the model aims to tie up with different Non-government Organisations (NGOs) focused on various development cycles of a human being. Post schooling and identified NGOs, such as Sujaya Foundation and Akshara Foundation, work with these adults through vocational courses, English immersion courses and guidance counseling. This route prepares them to secure employment and earn respectable incomes.
The model calls for RIF to partner with credible NGOs and work effectively to evolve pragmatic solutions for a more literate society across socio-economic strata. The formal curriculum DSS offers to all ages in structured batches is in itself a very sustainable model and a holistic model is the first effort of its kind to bring NGOs to work together in a rounded structure. RIFs efforts are committed to prepare the youth of the future and build more sustainable societies around it.
