Rabo Ag Focus - US Dairy
FAR New York's Christopher Noble has written a Country Banking report about the dairy market in the United States (U.S.). He finds that the U.S. dairy sector is continuing to evolve rapidly at all stages of the supply chain due in part to changes in domestic demand (cheeses and yogurts) and the growing importance of exports due to high international dairy prices and low dairy product inventories in the major global supply regions. Both trends are expected to continue in 2007.
