The Rabobank Economic Research Department is the economic think tank and knowledge broker for the Rabobank Group and its clients. Five specialist research teams follow, analyse and predict financial and economic developments in the Netherlands and around the world.
The international reports focus on the major regions of the world where Rabobank serves its customers: Western Europe, Eastern Europe and CIS, North America, South America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. The research includes detailed reports on emerging markets, updates on the West European economies, and studies on macroeconomic issues such as the debt crisis.
Reports focusing specifically on developments in the Netherlands cover topics like the Dutch business cycle and the housing market.
Every December the Economic Research Department presents its Outlook for the following year.
