Promotion of cultural diversity

The starting point of our personnel policy is that the workforce, as well as the member councils and boards of commissioners, should be a reflection of the local community. By promoting a culturally diverse workforce, Rabobank wants to offer opportunities to all talents, and at the same time benefit from all commercial opportunities. We call this ‘corporate commercial responsibility’.

There are a number of activities that should increase the cultural diversity at Rabobank:
