RFLP card and PIN code

I forgot my PIN code, what should I do?

In case you forgot your PIN code, you need to request a new RFLP card with a new PIN code.
Please contact the RFLP support desk via the Financial Logistics form (choose 'RFLP Access’ in the application and subject line). The RFLP card will then be blocked and you will receive a form to request a new one.

How do I change my PIN code?

USB RFLP reader:

  1. Insert your RFLP card into the USB RFLP reader.
  2. Go to Start -> All Programs -> SafeNet -> Borderless Security PK" and click on ‘SafeNet CIP Utilities’.
  3. Right click on ‘Slot 10 or 11 – OMNIKEY Cardman 3x21 0’ (the field highlighted in blue), select ‘Change PIN’ and follow further instructions.

RFLP reader:

  1. By pressing the Menu button on the RFLP reader 5 times, you will see the text ‘Change PIN’. Press ‘OK’.
  2. Enter your old Pin code, press 'OK'.
  3. Enter your new PIN code, press 'OK'.
  4. Confirm your new PIN code, press 'OK'.

I lost my RFLP card, what should I do?

In case you lost your RFLP card, you need to request a new one. Please contact the RFLP support desk via the Financial Logistics form (choose ‘RFLP Access’ in the application and subject line). The lost RFLP card will then be blocked and you will receive a form to request a new one.
