The organisational structure of Rabobank reflects our all-finance approach to banking and the cooperative nature of our business.

The composition of Rabobank Group is characterised by strong mutual relationships and our cooperative roots.  At the heart of our business are the local Rabobanks. As a cooperative, customers can become members of their local Rabobank. In turn, the local banks are members and shareholders of Rabobank Nederland, which is the umbrella organisation supporting the local banks.

This structure places our members  – who are also our customers – at the very core of our business, and brings us even closer to the communities we serve.
Rabobank International serves corporate and retail clients globally, while Rabobank Group provides services through specialist subsidiaries operating under their own labels in various markets.

There is a high degree of collaboration between our various parts, from our local banks to our specialist units. We work together to offer our domestic and international customers an extensive array of services. These include rural and retail banking, wholesale banking, asset management and investment, leasing, real estate and insurance.
