 | Surojit Shome is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Rabo India Finance Ltd the 100% owned subsidiary of Rabobank International. He joined Rabo India in July 2009. A seasoned banker, Surojit has over two decades of experience in banking encompassing Corporate Banking, Capital Markets and Investment Banking. Surojit has worked with Citibank, Lehman Brothers and Nomura prior to joining Rabo India. In his 19 year stint with Citigroup, he held various business management, origination and risk management roles with assignments based in India and overseas. Before he moved to Lehman Brothers in late 2006, he was Managing Director & Head of Corporate Banking at Citibank overseeing corporate and financial institution coverage teams for India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. He moved to Lehman Brothers as Managing Director & Head of the Investment Banking Division in India where he was responsible for building the investment banking platform with capabilities across capital markets, M&A advisory and private equity origination. Post the acquisition of Lehman Brothers' Asian & European businesses by Nomura Holdings in October 2008; he spent around six months helping in the integration of the legacy Lehman Brothers' Investment Banking business into the existing Nomura India businesses. Surojit has an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur and holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Presidency College, Kolkata. In 2004, Surojit completed the Executive Development Program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. |
 | Hans Wortelboer is the Chief Financial, Risk & Operations Officer and the ad-interim CEO of Rabo India Finance Limited. He joined Rabo India in June 2006. Hans has worked for the Rabobank organization since 1989 in different commercial and risk management positions in the Netherlands, Argentina and Turkey. He holds an MA in Marketing from Webster University and a PGD in Business Administration from Manchester Business School. |
 | Kaushik Modak is the Managing Director Corporate Banking and Corporate Advisory of Rabo India Finance Limited, the Indian 100% subsidiary of Rabobank International. He joined Rabo India in the year 2006. He was earlier in charge of Capital Markets in Rabo India. Prior to joining Rabo India, Kaushik was the Principal and Head Debt Capital Market for Bank of America. A CA by qualification, Kaushik has a career span of over 20 years. Over the years he held various senior level positions in various reputed financial institutions in Corporate Banking, Treasury Management, and Debt Capital Market. At Rabo India he is responsible for Commercial Banking, Corporate Advisory, and Treasury. Corporate Advisory includes the Equity and Debt Capital Markets businesses of Rabo India. |
 | Nalin Kumar is the Managing Director and Head of Merger & Acquisition and Equity Capital and Advisory in India. Nalin has over 17 years of experience encompassing M&A, Debt, Equity Capital Markets and Banking.
Nalin started his banking career with HSBC in 1993. Thereafter he moved into investment banking with J.P. Morgan Chase. He had worked in New York, Singapore and Hong Kong offices of J.P. Morgan Chase initially supporting the Project, Structured Finance and Restructuring Groups in Asia, and subsequently as a key member of the Asian M&A effort working on several landmark transactions across industry verticals in key Asian markets. He joined DSP Merrill Lynch in their Indian operation in the year 2001. Here he led important M&A and Capital Market transactions across sectors. Prior to Rabo India he was with JM Morgan Stanley, where he was working since 2005. At JM, he lead the Financial Sponsors Group and worked across sectors. Nalin is a MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta and holds a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur. |
 | Rahul Chander is the Executive Director & Head - Corporate Banking, Northern & Eastern India of Rabo India Finance Limited . Rahul has over 19 years of experience in corporate finance. Prior to joining Rabo India, Rahul has held various senior level positions in companies like IL&FS Venture Corporation Ltd, German Investment & Development Company. At Rabo India, Rahul is responsible for business in the Northern and Eastern region of the country. Since joining Rabo in 2006, Rahul was instrumental in closing various deals with various financial and big corporate houses of India. Rahul is an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi. |
