Seafood is becoming an increasingly important animal protein source in the diet of the growing world population. As demand continues to rise, it has become clear that current natural resources are not sufficient to supply the quantities of seafood the market requires. In answer to this growing demand countries have started farming different types of fish species. For wild catch and aquaculture sustainability has become a hot topic.
