Jan Nooitgedagt appointed Member of the Supervisory Board of Rabobank
The General Members Council of Rabobank has appointed Jan Nooitgedagt as a Member of the Supervisory Board. Jan Nooitgedagt (1953) studied business economics and accountancy and served as a director at Ernst & Young (CEO until 2009) and Aegon (CFO until 2013). He retired in April 2013. Since then he has held various supervisory directorships. Jan Nooitgedagt is Chairman of the Supervisory Board at VIVAT, Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Telegraaf Media Group, Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at BNG Bank and Member of the Supervisory Board at Robeco. The General Members Council has furthermore reappointed Leo Degle for a term of four years. Leo Degle has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of Rabobank since 2012.
Wout Dekker and Erik van de Merwe have stepped down as Chairman and Member of the Supervisory Board, respectively. As previously announced, both have decided not to serve another term. The Supervisory Board has appointed Ron Teerlink, who joined the Supervisory Board in 2013, from its membership to serve as Chairman. Marjan Trompetter, who has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of Rabobank since 2015, will assume the role of Vice Chairman from Ron Teerlink.
