Group Financial Results under MAS Requirements
The audited financial statements of Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. for the year ended 2025, including the auditor's report and capital adequacy ratios, are now available on the bank's internet website.

From a Dutch Law perspective, the same levels of priority are conferred to uncovered depositors of Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. in the foreign branches of the bank vis-à-vis home country depositors, in the repayment of deposits in the event of receivership, winding-up proceedings or equivalent proceedings of the bank. In addition, certain deposits with the bank’s Head Office and domestic offices in the Netherlands or the bank’s EU/EEA branches may be eligible for coverage under the Dutch Deposit Guarantee Scheme under the applicable eligibility criteria and up to the applicable statutory amount. This eligibility for coverage under this scheme does not depend on the jurisdiction of the depositing client or counterparty.”
