Rabobank pays fine for old remuneration issue dating from 2014
Rabobank has been fined EUR 2 million by Dutch regulator DNB for incorrect application of European remuneration rules in its international business. The case occurred in 2014.
Wiebe Draijer, chairman of the Managing Board: ‘The fine relates to an old case dating from 2014. In that year we did not correctly apply European remuneration rules to a small group of employees in our international business. We accept the fine which DNB is now imposing. From 2015 these European remuneration rules have been correctly applied.’
