Food Forward NL: Restaurants step up to the Food Waste Challenge

In the Dutch catering industry, 51 thousand tons of food is thrown away every year: that’s 83 million meals! With the Food Waste Challenge, Rabobank is working with a range of parties to fight food waste in catering and hospitality. Jos Klerx of Rabobank and Anna de Visser of Hotelschool The Hague explain.
