“Winning strategies of wholesalers are changing because of trends in consumer behavior, sustainability concerns, digitization, and geopolitical issues,” according to Lambert van Horen, Senior Analyst – Fresh Produce. Wholesalers with specific product market combinations, usually serving florist shops, garden centers, and street markets. Service providers/fulfillment companies (approx. 10 companies).
