Rabobank's General Members' Council (GMC) appointed Sandra Berendsen as a member of the Supervisory Board. She took office on December 11, 2024. During the same GMC meeting, Arian Kamp and Pascal Visée resigned from their positions as members of the Supervisory Board at the end of their term of appointment. Arian Kamp and Pascal Visée have been members of the Supervisory Board of Rabobank since 2014 and 2016, respectively.
Sandra Berendsen
Sandra Berendsen has 18 years of work experience in the accountancy sector and combines supervisory work with her dairy farm. Sandra has an extensive network in the Dutch Food & Agri sector, acted as ambassador and has fulfilled an administrative role in industry and network organisations such as Sustainable Dairy Chain, the Biodiversity Monitor Foundation and the Global Dairy Platform. She brings extensive supervisory knowledge and experience from companies such as FrieslandCampina, KPMG and ForFarmers. In addition, Sandra was a member of the Members' Council of Rabobank West Twente for eight years. Arian Kamp
Arian Kamp played a pivotal role in Rabobank for over 24 years. He was active as a director at local Rabobank banks for 14 years, of which almost 10 years as chair of the supervisory body of Rabobank Amerstreek. During that period, as a member of the local supervisory body he was chair of the Regional Delegates Assembly (kringvoorzitter) and a member of the Central Delegates Assembly (centrale kringvergadering) for 5 years and he has made meaningful contributions through various committees. After his term at the local Rabobank, Arian served as a member of Supervisory Board Rabobank for another 10 years. His significant contributions to cooperative topics have been highly valuable.
Pascal Visée
Pascal Visée joined Rabobank's Supervisory Board in 2016. He has made an important contribution to the control of the cooperative Rabobank, in terms of good governance and as chair of the Remuneration & HR Committee. His keen and major contribution to the discussions has undeniably strengthened Rabobank's course.
