Stichting AK Rabobank Certificaten
Until 26 June 2025, Stichting AK Rabobank Certificaten functioned as the administration office for Rabobank Certificates. This foundation was dissolved on 3 November 2025. Hence, all references on this page to Stichting AK Rabobank Certificaten must be read as references to the former Stichting AK Rabobank Certificaten.
Simplification of the legal structure of the Rabobank Certificates
Until 26 June 2025, Stichting AK Rabobank Certificaten held all Rabobank Certificates (formerly known as: participations) issued by Rabobank. Stichting AK Rabobank Certificaten held these Rabobank Certificates in administration and issued one certificate for each Rabobank Certificate to investors (the "STAK Certificates").
On 26 June 2025, the legal structure of the Rabobank Certificates was simplified by the termination of the administration of the Rabobank Certificates (the “Termination of the Administration”). Upon the Termination of the Administration, the STAK Certificates were exchanged on a one-for-one basis for the underlying Rabobank Certificates.

About Stichting AK Rabobank Certificaten
As a result of the Termination of the Administration, Stichting AK Rabobank Certificaten no longer served a purpose in relation to the Rabobank Certificates. Therefore this foundation was dissolved on 3 November 2025.

Meeting of holders of STAK Certificates
On 22 May 2025 the last annual meeting of holders of STAK Certificates took place. One of the agenda items was the proposal to approve the Termination of the Administration. This agenda item could only be put to a vote if at least two-thirds of the nominal amount of the issued STAK Certificates was present or represented at the meeting. Because less than two-thirds of the nominal amount of the issued STAK Certificates was present or represented at that meeting, a second meeting was held on 13 June 2025. In this second meeting, the Termination of the Administration was approved.
